In the fast-paced world of business, travel and remote parties are common. To navigate these challenges effectively, we offer professional mediation services tailored for business people, delivered through a Zoom session. We’ve found that Zoom mediations have not adversely effected our ability to resolve conflicts efficiently, and can assist scheduling if a party or side is unable to attend in person or all sides decide to hold the mediation remotely out of convivence.

Comprehensive Mediation Process

Our process for mediation by video conference / Zoom is structured to ensure a thorough and fair resolution. Whether in-person or by Zoom we begin each mediation with a pre-mediation consultation usually a day or two ahead of the mediation, where we gather relevant information from both parties to understand the core issues and set the stage for a productive session. During the Zoom mediation Mr. Morris facilitates open communication and guides the discussion, ensuring that each party’s concerns and viewpoints are heard and considered.

Benefits of Zoom Mediation

The use of Zoom for mediation sessions provides several advantages.
